Policies & Guidelines
FOR DAY CARE CENTRE / PRE NURSERY / NURSERY CLASS
- Children are free to wear their own clothes but must be neat and clean.
- Regular hygiene practices, such as washing hands and keeping nails trimmed, are encouraged.
- Parents/Guardians are required to send an empty lunch box with their child for mealtime.
- The day care centre will provide nutritious meals and snacks.
- No junk food will be allowed as tiffin/lunch food
- Children should be dropped off at the day care centre by 9 AM.
- Pick-up time is at 1 PM unless otherwise arranged with prior notice.
- The day care centre is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, except for special events communicated in advance to parents.
- During operating hours (9 AM to 1 PM), the day care centre ensures the safety and well- being of all children under its care.
- Trained staff members supervise activities and maintain a secure environment.
- Parents are advised to provide their child with extra diapers (if applicable) and a set of spare clothes for change if required.
Note: It’s important for parents/guardians to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth
and safe experience for their children at the day care centre. Regular communication
between the centre and parents/guardians is encouraged to address any concerns or updates regarding the child’s care.
FOR LOWER KINDERGARTEN (LKG) /UPPER KINDERGARTEN (UKG) CLASS
- Children are encouraged to wear the designated school uniform for Lower Kindergarten(LKG) but must ensure neatness and cleanliness.
- Hair should be properly groomed, and nails trimmed for hygiene purposes.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to send a packed lunch box with their child, including a healthy meal and snacks.
- The school will provide drinking water and additional snacks if needed.
Students should arrive at the school by 9 AM for the start of classes.- Pick-up time is at 1 PM, and parents/guardians are expected to collect their child promptly.
- The school operates from Monday to Saturday. Saturdays will be co-curricular activity day. Sundays is designated as non-school day.
- Special events or activities on weekends will be communicated in advance to parents/guardians.
- During school hours (9 AM to 1 PM), students are under the care and supervision of trained teachers and staff members.
- Safety protocols and measures are in place to ensure a secure learning environment.
- The school will provide student kit for one time only, for replacement and extra requirements, parents will have to bear the cost of the kit items.
